Lehigh Valley Softball Carpenter Cup team is loaded with talent

http://blogs.mcall.com/groller/ FROM KEITH GROLLER The Lehigh Valley has done quite over the years in the Softball Carpenter Cup, a double-elimination tournament run at FDR Park in South Philly by the Phillies. It's a great opportunity for our kids and they have done well over the years. The Lehigh Valley team won the Cup in 2006 and 2008, and placed second in 2007 and fourth last year. Emmaus coach John Eyer, who has run the Lehigh Valley team since it began eight years ago, feels he has one of his most talented teams ever, and I agree. The team will open play at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 18 at FDR Park.
